No progress without mistakes. In our digitalized and globalized world, which is characterized by fast pace and uncertainty, we are constantly reviewing and expanding our skills and knowledge. In the context of lifelong learning, dealing with mistakes takes on a special significance. How do we deal with failure? Do we avoid mistakes or does our attitude even hinder the courage to innovate? Are mistakes perceived as failures or opportunities?

Mistakes are part of lifelong learning. Studying is about learning new things and gaining experience. The attitude towards dealing with mistakes strongly influences our approach and willingness to risk mistakes - to take the safe and familiar path or a new path that is supposedly more risky.

We are a young student initiative, founded in the summer semester of 2021, which deals intensively with the topic of error culture and how to deal with errors. To this end, we would like to hold workshops on the topic of "Awareness in dealing with one's own mistakes" – by students for students.
